Hi I have the same problem, but it is happening with folders. Do I do the same procedure as you have outlined below Diane to fix this problem? Thanks

I have an att.net email account and a gmail.com email account and use Outlook to view both of them. It has been a nightmare with "this computer only" and won't show my contacts in both the address book and contacts. I can only use one or the other. I have the same problem with my calendar. How can I get rid of this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello DiannenetD
I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook, and I’m happy to help you today.
The only way to get rid of the this computer only folders is to set a pst file as the default data file, move any calendar, contacts, or task to the folders in the pst file then rename the IMAP data files used by the gmail and ATT accounts and restart outlook. This will resync the accounts but not create the extra folders.

I'm not sure I understand this - did you check to see if the contact folders are enabled as address books? Although this was written for iCloud users, it applies to all contact folders in a profile and has instructions on setting the address book up - https://www.outlook-tips.net/tips/icloud-contac...
What exactly is the problem with the calendar?
