dynamic distribution group - exclude by name

Good morning.

Im having a bit of an issue with dynamic Distibution groups.

Ive got it all narrowed down and working except for one last part. i want to exclude all users based on part of display name.

for instance, display name is john doe (external). i want to exclude all users with external in display name.

I know dynamic dg doesn't really like wild cards. is this even possible?

Based on your mentioned scenario, I checked, but currently there is not any particular settings options available to achieve this requirement.

On the other side, I am really appreciating this thought, I am also believing certain option should be available for convenience, about this requirement, would you mind to sharing your valuable suggestion directly to our product developer team via feedback portal? Because they are regularly reviewing users' shared experience on feedback portal, and they can update or do necessary changes on product service in future based users' shared experience or valuable suggestion.
