    Hello Marie

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

The is nothing more then a phishing scam designed only to get the login credentials to your account. The message should be ignored / deleted

Microsoft does not send out messages like that - ever.

    Hello,

I clicked on keep it active option, but only a draft email was generated 2 unknown random @gmail addresses.

I instantly deleted this draft email and did not send the response as the subject line was changed to something like +keep+it+active for example

I did this on my mobile is it likely anything may have been installed by clicking the keep it active option or harmless with draft email being auto generated?

    Kind regards,

    Luke
