    It's possible this one applies.

    or if the list is somehow corrupt you could probably delete it and start over. This one may help you rebuild it.

    Hi,
    According to your description, it looks like there is a problem with your system files.
    You might want to try repairing system corruption by running the following two commands:
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    If the issue still insists, I suggest that we could check for update to install new security updates. It will update your system files.
    Or perform a repair upgrade install. This usually replaces the corrupted file. Just as below Win10 upgrade repair steps:

    If you want to see some failed information, I consider that you could check CBS.log. This should log information about installation failures.
