How do I get rid of a persistent microsoft ad for Outlook Premium365 from my email when it cancels all useful buttons, bells and water bombs?

It can't be junked, deleted or moved etc. nor does it have its own circle for clicking.....

I CAN bin it.......but it's right back at me!

Clearly very special!

Microsoft help has proved helpless....

Aargh!

Thanks again Brian! You describe it accurately.

I have uBlock Origin so I'll investigate why it's being defeated by this little blighter!

    Appreciate your time and responses!

This is an ad Microsoft injects at the top of the folder. It's not a true message and so the message buttons can't operate on it. I find that a decent ad blocker like uBlock Origin (free) suppresses it.

Hi Brian. The ad appears at the top of my Outlook email accessed via my web browser.

It causes all normal instructional 'buttons' like delete, move to etc to disappear, it cannot be highlighted and the only available options given are to open or bin it.

Water bombs action was a frivolous remark by me.

    Thanks for your time.

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

This forum is dedicated to using the desktop Outlook client. Is that how you access your mail or are you referring to Outlook accessed with a web browser, which is covered in a different forum?

Where does the ad appear? At what point does it interfere with other buttons and what do you mean by "water bombs"?
