Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling

- Is the email app you're referring to now Outlook for iOS or the email app that comes with the iPhone.
- What type of protocol is currently configured in the mail application, such as POP3/IMAP/Exchange.
- Regarding you mentioned that the current account is related to Family Safety. If it is convenient for you, try to log out of the family group, and then add your email account through Outlook to see if you still get the error message.
