Dear all,
I want to know the best way to handle SCCM database. As my SCCM Database size is approx 50GB now and i am thinking to create a new database file and attach it along with an existing one so that the previous one size stop growing more. Please let me know if it is possible and how in steps? Appreciate you responses and guidelines.

Yes it is possible to create a second db file. There are no tricks to this, create the file and attached it to the existing db. A quick bing search will provide you the steps.
Thank you Garth, i am just thinking about how to map new file in SCCM, where i need to update new DB file name in SCCM. Any helpful links?

Is the size of the database almost beyond the SQL drive size?

Yes the file is near to fill the SQL drive and now i am planning to attach a new disk on SQL Server and create a new file and map it in configuration manager.
