Removing consent

So I run into a problem where I'd I try to remove consent for my eldest son I get, There's a temporary problem

Any help will be appreciated

    Family safety is where I encounter this error message, when trying to remove consent from my child in order to remove a switch his account to another one. Very frustrating.

    Do you mean Family Safety or do you mean access Office365?
