Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't registered adequately at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. The recipient's email admin is likely the only one who can fix this problem.

    Dear Dennis L Stewart,

Good day. Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

l understand that you experience the issue when send email. Based on the error message you provided, the domain seems to be registered but no DNS records have been published regarding email and websites. Therefore, kindly tell your recipient to contact the hosting provider he/she registered the name with. It could be that the DNS configuration wasn't completed.

If the DNS records have already been published but issue persists, the domain might be expired due to non-payment. Hence, please kindly tell your recipient to contact his domain owner that the domain needs to renew or restore. After the domain has renewed and DNS records (MX record for receive email) are added, you could send email to this recipient successfully.

In addition, it is suggested that the recipient can refer to this article: l am an email admin—— How do l fix this. If you have any other concern and questions today, please let us know and feel free to post your concern.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

    Stay safe and health.

    Regards,

    Tammy | Microsoft Community Moderator.
