Hello,

Is there anyway to format email templates using OWA (Outlook Web Application)?

In my work, for several reasons, it is more efficient to use the Outlook's Web Application versus Desktop App. However, I am unable to save formatting within email templates, as the OWA only allows plain text to be saved. This presents a huge limitation as I then have to manually format the email when ready to draft/send, essentially defeating the feature's primary function.

     could you please confirm if you have tried using My Templates add-in?

    Outlook Settings > Email > Customize actions > add My Templates

    It will look like this
