Email crash

hello I was trying to send an email early 11am but when the email got sent, it got sent as blank. Please help because I did not save that email and I forgot what I wrote I can not recall what I wrote before to create a new one.

    In order to offer accurate solution, we may need to clarify more details based on this issue. Could you please help to provide below information? Thanks so much for your cooperation and time.

    1. Could you kindly confirm if there is any email saved in the drafts folder related to your sent email?
    2. In Outlook on the web (OWA) in the Sent Folder, is the email showing blank? 
      3. Please try to send an email to the same recipient again, check if it delivers a blank email.
