Cannot receive email

Hello dears.. I have an email that I can access on the Microsoft website but the problem is that I cannot receive any email in it.. I sent a message from another email and this response was..

    I can't receive a message on my email

    The email domain is @2x1x.com

    I can login to my account from Microsoft Outlook
