Profile update error

Hi

I am getting error while updating profile before Schedule Exam due to which nothing happens when I click on Schedule Exam button.Can you fix this?

Error:

50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
