Resource Provider. Please check if the Microsoft.ContainerService
Resource Provider is registered on your subscription. If you are running AKS on the subscription, then the resource provider should already be registered.

and Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration
provide Azure Kubernetes on Stack HCI
