Outlook search folder doesn't include sent items

Hi all,

I have created multiple search folders using the criteria 'Mail from and to specific people' which I have used successfully for a number of years. However, recently I have noticed that if I send a new email to one of the 'specific people', those emails are not included in the search folder results. The search folders only show emails from the specific people plus my replies to their emails if I have conversation view enabled.

Can anyone help as to why the behaviour of the search folders has changed?

Many thanks in advance.

(P.S. I'm on a domain with our own on-premise Exchange server, using Outlook version 2206)

HI, I have this problem for a long time. Search engine doesn't includes "SENT" items. All configs are good. Can't find a solution except to search in "SENT" folder directly.

Anoying. search engine could be improved.
