Hi,
I am R. Cord, Independent Advisor.
I hope you are doing well.
What is the version of your Microsoft Office you are using?
Try the steps below and let me know if works
Open Outlook > Click on "File" in the top-left corner of the screen
> Click on "Options" at the bottom of the left-hand menu > In the left-hand menu of the "Outlook Options" window, click on "Trust Center" > Click on the "Trust Center Settings" button on the right-hand side of the window > In the left-hand menu of the "Trust Center" window, click on "Macro Settings" > Select the "Disable all macros with notification" option > Uncheck the "Show the Trust Bar for all add-ins and the Message Bar for all Office applications" option > Check the "Trust access to the VBA project object model" option > Click on "OK" to save the changes.
After steps done, Close Outlook if currently open.
Run Outlook as an administrator.
Select File > Options > Trust Center.
Click Trust Center Settings.
Select Never warn me about suspicious activity
Click OK.
Other way not recommended is using register editor,
be aware, before edit Windows register, perform a complete backup.
Enable Programmatic Access through the Registry:
Ensure that you have Administrator rights.
Save the following text in a file with an extension .reg:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office<Build Number>\Outlook\Security] "ObjectModelGuard"=dword:00000002
Replace <Build Number> in the text above with the appropriate code for the version of Outlook in use, as per the table below.
VERSION BUILD NUMBER
2007 12.0
2010 14.0
2013 15.0
2016 16.0
Double-click the .reg file to add the entry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Similarly, add the following to HKEY_CURRENT_USER:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office<Build Number>\Outlook\Security] "PromptOOMSend"=dword:00000002
"AdminSecurityMode"=dword:00000003 "promptoomaddressinformationaccess"=dword:00000002 "promptoomaddressbookaccess"=dword:00000002
Replace <Build Number> in the text above with the appropriate code for the version of Outlook in use, as per the table shown previously.
I hope I could have helped you!
With my best Regards,
R. Cord
