Hi!

Ive got a customer, with a Office 365 (Plan1) Mailbox, the mail is configured on two different PCs, and on one of them it just broke.

Signing in only gets the Error Code:

"Message: AADSTS70008: The provided authorization code or refresh token has expired due to inactivity. Send a new interactive authorization request for this user and resource."

i tried the Microsoft repair Option, and reinstalled the Office 2019, but the Error shows up every time on Sign in.

Please Help

Thanks!

Dear Jereso

Thanks for your reply.

So I am willing to help you. But because you're using Office 2019 Home and Business and we're a team that's responsible for the Microsoft for Business account. Therefore, personal account issues are really outside our scope of support. But to better help you, there is a delicate team that is focusing on Office 2019 Home and Business. I'll help you move this post to the right category. The engineers there will give you more help.

Please be patient to wait for some time. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Have a nice day.

Sincerely

Katherine

    Thanks for ur answer!

But as i read the Articel u Posted, this person there has a problem with an API tool? but im not using an API tool.

I get those Error Messages in Outlook 2019 (its an Office 2019 Home and Business) i already tried Reinstalling the Office 2019.

In Outlook it only says Password is needed and if i click on that, the window opens up and there is only that error message...

I also tried to set up the Mail adress on another PC with an Office 365 Edition, and there is no trouble setting up the mailadress.

    Thanks, for ur Help!

Ps.: There is a Screenshot of the Error Message (Only in German)

    Dear Jereso,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know the scenario you met. For this error code, please first be kindly to try the suggestions in AADSTS70008: The provided authorization code or refresh token has expired due to inactivity - Microsoft Q&A. And then check if this can help you solve this problem.

Furthmore, if this did not help you, I need to check with you whether other users meet the same scenario as him.

If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
