Ridiculously tiny view size

Dear All, I'm new 2 this whole computing thing. While accessing my email inbox, I've accidentally leant on something and now the print size has drastically shrunk. I now have approximately 65-70 email headers on the 1 screen, but all far too small too read or even access with the mouse! How do I return my view size back to normal?

    Sounds like you've accidentally reduced the size of the zoom. Try pressing Ctrl+0 (zero).
