Outlook mail vs. Gmail

For the past few days, for whatever reason, I cannot send any mail to anyone who has gmail. I have a gmail account and I just did a "test" email to my gmail account and it came back undeliverable. Please note below the error message: Also, and this is truly bazaar, I am NOT getting any email from HGTV, Travel Channel, Food Channel, etc. (II get daily emails from them. Again, for the same period of time, I haven't received any emails from these accounts.) What is going on????? Can someone explain to me why this is happening. (Note! I "ex-ed" out my personal gmail address as sown below in blue..)

    Hi, I am getting the same error message and cannot send any email from outlook. How was this resolved in July 2022? I appreciate any help! Thanks!

    No this still has not been solved! I sent another test email right after I opened yours and again, this is what I get. What is going on???? This is so damn frustrrating.
