Outlook 365 Loop components showing up as links with '.fluid' suffixes

In Outlook 365 on windows 10 inbound Loop components are showing up as links with '.fluid' suffixes. I can't see a Loop table sent in an email.
The email was sent to 4 people. I and one other person don't see the table, only a link. 3 other people see the table and the link in Outlook windows. What could be causing this bug?
It does not work in OWA. still shows as a link. but if i click the link, it opens on Office.com fine, though i can't reply to it in the email thread so it's useless i also cannot create/insert loop components. see this video:

    Dear AAAtech,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I understand you cannot see the table in an inbound loop component in Outlook and you cannot create a loop component from your Outlook. Since this is happening with more than one user and reproducing in Outlook on the web, the issue will need to be investigated further by collecting logs. For you to be assisted properly, please reach out to our Online support team by opening a service request in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.  Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please don’t mind that we couldn’t provide further assistance because need to check from back-end side and we appreciate your efforts in this case. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help you and collect logs when needed. They can also involve more resource to investigate the issue from back end. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  Please do not hesitate to post your queries in Microsoft Community and we will always do our best to assist you!

    Sincerely,

This same issue is occurring with my emails. At this point, adding a Loop component creates one 'space' within the email, no matter the item chosen; task list, table, bulleted list, etc. I just noticed this today, but it was operating correctly on Monday the 6th.
