Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello Irving
Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.
First and very importantly, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. As such we have no way of knowing anything about whatever support case you may have open with Microsoft Support
Unfortunately, there is also no way of providing any assistance just based on the description in your post. Might suggest that you provide some specific details and change the <Subject> of the post to something that is specific to your issue / question (or simply create a new thread with details about the issue)
Without knowing anything about this, would suggest identifying what version of Outlook you are using and if it is in regard to a specific email account, also include the email service provider (ESP) for the account - the part after the @character in the email address (i.e. @outlook, @gmail etc). Please don't include the full email address since that will get removed by the forum for security purposes?
