today I wrote the AZ-104( Azure Administrator) certification, and it has a validity period of 1 year, but usually azure will give 2 years of validity. I need to know what has happened to my certification. why did you give me a one-year expiration date to my AZ-104 certification, it should be 2 years. kindly help me to sort this issue.

Microsoft should inform bu email and by phone, I lost my precious certificate.
Starting June, 30 2021, any role-based or specialty certification earned will be valid for one year from the date you earned it.
You will have to give renewal assessment and certification will be valid again for one more year.
There’s no cost to renew your certification, just make sure you pass the online assessment before your certification expires. Fundamentals certifications do not expire.

I really didn't know AZ-104 must renew after half a year. Microsoft please make your mercy and activate my certificate. So, I can retake the exam. My email is cklok@msn.com. But I used another account to took the exam. So, I didn't check the email box. Please help me, my boss will fire me.
