App is stuck at Certification stage on developer portal

Hi team,

we have our UWP app named i.e. "Adobe Photoshop Express" and it is stuck in certification state. we started it with 1% rollout but it is stuck in certification since yesterday morning.

Can you please help on this? Please ask for any info if required.

So you had uploaded your app to the store and now you are waiting for the process to finish, right? Generally, the whole process might last 24-48 hours, please check after 48 hours. If the process is still not finished, you could let me know.

thanks much for super quick response!

we have released it 2 days back i.e. Tuesday around 1 PM IST and today is Thursday is 2PM IST. It's more than 48 Hours. Please help.
