App is stuck at Certification stage on developer portal

Hi team,
we have our UWP app named i.e. "Adobe Photoshop Express" and it is stuck in certification state. we started it with 1% rollout but it is stuck in certification since yesterday morning.
Can you please help on this? Please ask for any info if required.

we have released it 2 days back i.e. Tuesday around 1 PM IST and today is Thursday is 2PM IST. It's more than 48 Hours. Please help.
