Scheduled Folder Mess!!

Anonymous
2023-08-30T14:37:09+00:00

This issue has been post multiple times over last 6 years on this forum, and no solution yet.

Outlook app converted my existing folder into scheduled folder. And now on app it is displayed as "Snoozed" instead of original name.

How do i get the original name back! I dont use scheduled services, and I cannot reassign any other folder to be scheduled!!

PS:

I dont mean to be rude here, but please donot ask irrelevant questions. This problem has been posted repeatedly and each time these question were asked.

* NO the issue is not related to App, I can see the folder marked as scheduled on web too.

* NO I am not trying to create a new folder with existing name, so the solution is not creating a new folder with another name.

* Whether this is personal account or work one is irrelevant question. The issue exist in both.

* Find a solution already its been 6+ years now and STOP FORCING features down on user!!

A suggestion for future, when you introduce new feature, atleast make it configurable. The words "Snoozed" and "Scheduled folder" arent even there in settings or folder options. If they are then fix your search option in setting so people can find it.

    Hi Sh_De

    Greetings!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need help with this concern. We will work together to achieve your desired resolution.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    1. What is the version and edition of your Outlook app? Go to File > Account > Product info (ex. Microsoft 365 for Business).
    2. Can you please provide us a screenshot of the "Snoozed" folders?
    3. Can you please confirm your email domain name? ex. @Hotmail.com
    4. What device you're using? ex. Windows 10 PC

I want to give you some troubleshooting steps right now. However, first of all, we may have to wait for the above responses to ensure that we understand your concerns correctly and that we can provide the necessary information.

We look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely

    Juhn Jac
