I use the Outlook app for Android. I have two email accounts set up. Both are working properly, however when attempting to mark mail as junk on the secondary account, I get a message "Insufficient permissions" You don't have the right level of permissions to complete this action. Please contact your IT help desk. I would like to be able to flag junk mail in this secondary account as well as the primary account.

If the account is an IMAP, this is unfortunately a known bug in Outlook mobile. The Outlook mobile team is aware of this and they are working on getting this fixed. If you wish to contact them directly, go to your Outlook mobile settings page, select Help & feedback > Contact Support.

Hi Richard! This is Raech. I'm an Outlook.com user like you and I'm happy to help.

Is your Outlook mobile app up to date? What version is it currently on?

Are you using an IMAP account?
