Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

We are happy to help you.As per the description you have shared, we understand that you have a concern with Authenticator App Not Working. You recently got a new phone, cannot login to my account through the Authenticator app because it gives me a different two-digit code. Typically, If you are unable to use the Authenticator app, you can use the option "I can't use my authenticator app right now" to receive a longer code. This code is usually sent to your email or phone number that you have registered with your account. You can use this code to log in to your account.
So, if you did not receive on your laptop or phone. Did you check your junk folder nothing. Usually, you need to contact your Admin, he can try resetting your MFA. (Authentication method) and password.
After that you can remove your account from your mobile and add it again. You can double check in outlook on the web if you can see your emails.
