    Tommy,

My 365 is from my company and it is web based already. So when I select one message to forward, looking at the bar where you can select new message. Next to that are several other options and one is reply. The drop down on reply has the forward feature. When I select more than one message the reply option disappears.

Is there something I am missing? I need to forward about 70 email.

Thank you for your reply and hopefully you can help me figure this out.

    Regards,

    Renee

    Hello Renee,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

According to your description, seems you would like to forward emails from a folder, but when these emails are selected you are not available to 'locate' forward feature. Regarding this point, may I carefully confirm with you, do you mean the Forward option is grayed out? If so, if you are Microsoft 365 business subscriber, we kindly suggest you have a try to log-in your account in Outlook on the web: https://outlook.office365.com/ to check issue persisting or not. If it working properly in Outlook Web App please try following steps to see there is any improvement:

    1. Repair your Outlook desktop client by refer Repair an Office application (microsoft.com).
    2. Update to latest Outlook version, you could refer Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date) - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs to know latest version details.
    3. Run SaRA tool, you could refer About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.

    Kind Regards,

    Tommy
