randomly displaying shared calendars

Our reception staff all have access to others' Outlook calendars so we can schedule meetings for them, see when they're out, etc. The various calendars all appear on the left side of the screen so we can check/uncheck which ones we want to see on any given day. However, THESE PREFERENCES DON'T ALWAYS STICK! What are we doing wrong? Some days when you log in, they look exactly as they did when you left yesterday. Sometimes they are rearranged, some people are unchecked, sometimes my own calendar isn't even visible-- it defaults to someone else. Sometimes the calendars we need to see can be found under "My calendars" and sometimes under "shared Calendars" and sometimes you can't find them in either area and you have to go to the Team list to open and find names amidst the retirees and others we don't need, and check off the ones we want to see.

Is there a fix so that the different shared calendars we display in our own calendar don't change in our view (i.e. rearrange/remove themselves) for the next time when we open Outlook?

    First To ensure that the shared calendars are displayed correctly, you can try the following steps:

    In Outlook, go to the calendar view.

    Select the shared calendar that you want to display.

    When you enter appointments, everyone who is a member of the shared mailbox will be able to see them.

    Any member of the shared mailbox can create, view, and manage appointments on the calendar, just like they would their personal appointments. Everyone who is a member of shared mailbox can see their changes to the shared calendar.

    1-May I please double confirm What is the type of the affected account? Is it outlook.com account, Hotmail account, yahoo account, or work/school account example: ******@companydomain.com
