Setting Multiple Reminder for other(s)

I'm assigned to remind a group of people about a meeting one week prior to the meeting. The person to be reminded is expected to be the meeting Chair, so reminding such person would make him/her prepare. I want to do this for all of them once so that each person would be automatically reminded a week before his/her turn of chairing and I won't have to store it in my brain or write it down somewhere.
