When I attach a pdf in outlook. It asks if I want to send as a pdf cloud link, which I say no, but it creates a draft copy in the Draft folder, but sends it as well.

This means that I have to continuously clean out my draft folder.. I send quite a few emails with pdf attachments each day.

I have raised the issue in the Adobe forum, however they requested I bring it to the Outlook forum.

    Hi David,

I appreciate the time and effort you have put into responding to my message.

Due to the nature of the license (Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise), I will be transferring the support category to our business team who are in charge of managing commercial licenses. It is best to work with them because they know better the product you currently have.

You don't have to do anything on your end, our sales support experts will continue to answer this thread for you.

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Sincerely,

    Leonardo_Y

The problem started as soon as I started using my new pc with Windows 11

First started after I installed all the apps onto my new pc.
