Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments

I noticed your app is already in the latest version, may I know have you also tried this part of the link you shared above: I don't see Contact Support. Why? If you haven't tried it, for we have Outlook for Mac dedicated channel focusing on desktop client problem, you may try to add “Contact Support” button via the article you shared above. And if this button can be successfully added back, you can reach our dedicated channel through this button to further check your scenario.
