Using 2 domains for email

Hello all,

our CEO asked if it's possible to use additional domain with his email address, so that he can communicate with european customers from a "different" email but keep the same mailbox.

Let's say that now he is using "@xxx.cz" and he would also like to be able to use "@xxx.eu", we already have both of the domains and essentially we need to figure out a way how to make it in a way where all the emails, which are sent to either ....@xxx.cz and @xxx.eu, are visible in the same mailbox folder and where he can choose whether he wants to send an email from the @xxx.cz or @xxx.eu address.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Adam

    Hello Alex,

it seems like he's able to send an email from this alias now (thanks a ton for that!!), but we're still unable to get his alias to work when someone tries to send him an email or reply to an email sent from that .Eu domain as it's undeliverable.

This is the error message that the sender receives -
5.0.0 smtp; 550 5.1.1 7YEwp3UgfZPvM7YExpE53c Sorry, no user here by that name

    Hi, Adam Lukac

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Did you try to add an alias for your CEO and also turn on "Sending from aliases" in Exchange Admin Center?

1.Create a new alias email address

2.Go to Exchange Admin Center > Settings > Turn on sending from aliases option.

3.Then go to Outlook Web and do a test if using alias can send emails out.

Thanks for your time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Alex | Microsoft Community Moderator.
