Dear sir/ madam,

I would like to use the "Quick parts" function in Outlook to save the email templates for daily use.

However, I can save it but when I restart my computer and relaunch the Outlook, the saved texts disappear. Also, I cannot use the "character style" function in the Outlook, for example, text in bold, text in italic, font size, font style etc. Wondering if there is any solution to the mentioned two issues?

Please contact me by email *****@*****.com

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Hazel

In Outlook, you can only use Quick Parts with e-mail messages that are in HTML format (or Rich Text).

The fact that you can't define text attributes, such as bold, confirms my suspicion that your e-mail is in plain text.
