I subscribed to O365 through GODADDY and use Outlook Desktop. I used to have Abobe Sign and MyTemplates but now they are gone since I upgraded to o365.

When I select the Add-in tab in the the top ribbon, it takes me to a webpage called appsource. I search for the App (adobesign), and then it takes me to a MSFT sign in page. then I get redirected to GODADDY... which leads me to my webmail o365.

I keep going in a circle. Please help.

    Hi Amit,

Thank you for posting. When you say "which leads me to my webmail o365.", may I know whether you have tried to add those add-ins via Outlook Web App on 365?

    • In Outlook on the web, create a new message or reply to an existing message.
    • At the bottom of the page, select More apps and then select Get add-ins icon.

For your reference: Using add-ins in Outlook on the web

Moreover, if you do not see the More apps option on your Outlook on the web 365 through GoDaddy. It might be product design/function are different when you purchase Office 365 from our syndicate partner (e.g. GoDaddy) rather than directly through Microsoft official website. Given the situation, I would suggest you please contact them for further support.

Regarding this point, we would truly appreciate your kind understanding.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
