Outlook Desktop App not showing GIF

I have a client who's GIF shows on all email platforms except for the Outlook Desktop version. It shows on the mobile version and OWA but when opened on the desktop side we get this error.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back with me, it doesn't just show up like that for him. It shows up like that for anyone rather inside or outside their organization. We've even tested it on our end and got the same display error when opening the email in Outlook desktop app.

    Based on your description, I know the issue you met. For this issue, please be kindly to try the following suggestions in The Linked image cannot be displayed error in an Outlook email message. And then check if these can make any difference.

    Since you said that this only happens on outlook client. So it may have something wrong with your outlook client. If the suggestions in the document did not work, please be kindly to tr the following suggestions and checdk the result.

    1. Open outlook in safe mode and check the result: You can have a try addording to Open Outlook in safe mode (microsoft.com).
      2.Repair Office Application: Repair your office application: You can refer to Repair Office Application and then check the result.

    3.Create a new profile in Control Panel: You can have a try according to Create outlook profile. Meanwhile, please do not delete the old one to protect your data.
