My name is Cindy. I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. I will do my best to help you with this problem.
This sounds like you are having a problem with the rules in your Microsoft Outlook.
Please open your Outlook.
The click on File.
Click on Manage Rules and Alerts
Find the rule that is causing you the problem and delete it.
You can reset it up if you would like.
These instructions are for Outlook desktop 365. You would need to find Rules on your version of Outlook and then delete the rule with the problem.
