Emails are blank and search function does not work saying: Your request can't be completed right now.

Hi,

Emails are blank and search function does not work saying: "Your request can't be completed right now".

I have cleared the cache, used different browser, reset all my settings, restarted my pc, used a different internet network and none of these seem to work.

Please can you help.

    Does this issue happen using both Outlook desktop client and Outlook Web App?

    You may check whether can able to see emails via mobile client without any issue.
