How to change the document set icon in a SharePoint document library

I would like to change the default blue icon of document set into something else. Is there any way to do it using Powershell or Json or any other way?

Currently there is no OOB way to change the default icon of Document Set.

In SharePoint online, this is the built in column and it does not support column formatting.
