Sketchy Emails

I just got an email about messages on hold from microsoft customer care, and when i clicked on the link(i probably shouldn’t have) it sent me a second email from a security and compliance team saying I need to take a training course. have I been hacked? if so what do i do?

    I just changed the password. the emails are noreply@man-es and that one says that some messages have been placed on hold. the second one is from ******@attacksimulationtraining.com and it says that i was assigned a training course because i fell prey to a phishing campaign.
