Please note that this is a user-to-user forum which means a user is helping another user. We are not working for Microsoft. I am helping you as a user. We don't have access to users' accounts.
I see. Since you’re using an organisational account, your IT admins are the ones who manage your organisation’s accounts. They will need to check your account and remove the authenticator (previous one) from your account. Then after you can add your account to the Authenticator app again.
