Getting the above error when trying to connect outlook email using oauth token and modern auth method.

I have changed the host and user details for security purpose.

Can anyone pls suggest me how to fix this? We are using IMAP

    Hello, Deba P Hazra

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I don't have @abc.org account, so I haven't figured out what is the root cause yet. In order to better solve the problem, I would like to know some details:

    1. Have you tried to add your personal e-mail account to the same Outlook? Like @outlook.com, @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, etc? If there is no problem with these accounts, then your Outlook is working fine.
    2. Are your colleagues using @abc.org e-mail encountering the same issue? If not, please refer to their e-mail and Outlook settings to add your e-mail account into Outlook again. See Add an email account to Outlook for detailed steps. If they face the same issue, then you may need to contact your e-mail service provider.

If your problem still can't be solved, don't hesitate to post back, and I'll keep working on it.

    Best regards,

Yuhao Li| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
