    Hi Geoff! This is Raech. I'm a fellow Outlook.com user and I'm here to help.

    To sync your Contacts to your native app, please open your Outlook mobile app directly and go to the Settings page. Select your email account under Mail Accounts and then tap 'Sync Contacts'.
