Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hi Merritt C,
Kindly follow the steps below;
- Navigate to sync.syncmlweb.aol.com and log into your AOL account. Click the "Outlook Plugin" link to begin the software download.
'Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.'
- Click "Run" through the dialogs to download and install the application. Click "Next" through the installation wizard until the installation is complete. The default settings are perfect for most users, so do not change them unless you need a different installation directory or another custom setting.
- Launch Microsoft Office, then click the "Options" button in the Funambol menu. Click "Account" and enter your username and password into the appropriate fields.
- Click "Sync," then click the checkbox of each item you want to synchronize. The Calendar option alone is fine if you only want to sync your Microsoft Outlook and AOL calendars, though you can synchronize your contacts and email as well.
- Click "OK" to close the options dialog, then click the "Sync All" button to synchronize all of your current calendar data with AOL.

I hope this helps.
