The curios was that the repeated SMS comes as 4 digit, the real one was 6 digit. So i think this aren't stucked SMS. What comes as 4-digit?

The Student report that it stopped after we delete the mobile Phone/SMS auth. And registred MS Auth App.

It could be a "stuck" SMS. I've experienced that once in the past. A friend sent me an SMS message once and it arrived on my phone more than 50 times over several days. Quite annoying.

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

Apparently your account credentials were discovered in the wild and the 2FA has kept your account safe. It's a good thing you changed your password. You cannot prevent others from trying to log into your account but you can prevent then from succeeding. I'd suggest visiting https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if your credentials have been part of a data breach. The site is run by a Microsoft MVP and is safe.

You can check your activity page at https://account.live.com/activity/ to see if your account has been successfully compromised, but it doesn't sounds like it has.

I know that but it's very strange that it's always the same code. I received about 40 sms today. And i don't know wich account demanded it. It's not the same messages as the school's one and for my personnal account it's with microsoft authetificator. Is there a way to know wich account demanded it ?

You can't stop people from attempting to sign in to your mailbox IF they know your email address. They can't get in unless they have the codes.
