Exchange online issues

We have recently moved to exchange online and have also started to upgrade clients with o365/2019. Since moving to exchange online we are seeing a lot of freeing and being disconnected outlook and general slowness which results in either the user closing and re-opening outlook to fix. Most users are seeing the slowness From moving to O365 emails are now being stuck in the outbox which is a bit of a strange issue, this doesn't always happen but does to the odd user.

We do not have OST files, as the space is just not available. We are on non-prescient VDI's Windows 10, one image is office 2016 the other being o365/2019

We have tried the following:

New outlook profile

Safe mode

Deleted %appdata%

Started new profile on windows 10

Outlook on the web**

**Outlook on the web works well, we do not see any issues however we cannot give out outlook on the web to our users.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Dear Jack234532,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

We apologize for the inconvenience it caused to you and totally understand you’ve tried many methods. Given your situation and specific environment, for we lack tools for further analyzing, I recommend you contact global admin, let admin reach our online support to further check current client issues: Admin can sign in Microsoft 365 Admin center > Support > New Service Request, type some words in search field and perform search > click “Contact Support” at the bottom: Online support. Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Sincerely,

Etta Ma MSFT | Microsoft Community Moderator
