Tasks in a box

Hi,

I installed tasks in a box in outlook (******@outlook.be) but whenever I try to do something, I'm receiving the message that "we're having trouble signing you in".

I created an account in SPIKES, using the same e-mail address and it works when using the web-based application but when I try using their app, it gives me the same error message.

Can you help?

    Hi Luc,

    Greetings.

    Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

    The reason why you are getting this error is because you are using a personal account not added within the spikes tenant.

    The solution for this situation is mentioned in the troubleshooting details.

    You need to consult the spikes admin and have your account added as an external user.
