Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

Sorry about the delay -- it has been a crazy week. Let me answer your questions below:
- When it started? It has been happening for a few months now.
- What version of Outlook are you using? Our organization uses Office 365 Enterprise I believe.
- What type of email account configuration they have? I am not sure how to find this information as it doesn't show under Account Settings. How can I check if it is indeed an IMAP config?
- Is it possible to categorize a calendar event by right-clicking on it and choose categorize? I can categorize with already set up categories that the other folks have set up. I can also create and categorize my own calendar. But I cannot add, remove, edit the categories on the calendars from those whom I support. It is greyed out.
