    Dear Ovre Nona,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Outlook Error". Before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.

Please help us in isolating the issue by providing the following information:

    1. Have you checked to confirm is not due to VPN/Firewall?
    2. Have you tried disabling the antivirus for a while and check again?
    3. You confirm this is only happening to outlook emails, May I know if this is only happening when opening Outlook (office.com), have you tried opening Home | Microsoft 365 and find outlook on the left side?

We look forward to hearing from you; Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
