- It seems that you are using the Outlook Desktop Client, please try logging in to OWA (Outlook web app) with your account and check if the same error occurs.
- Please also kindly try to delete your signature and restart your Outlook client, then add the signature again and check the results.
- In the meantime, please kindly provide me with a screenshot of your signature problem, and if you receive some error messages or error codes, please share the screenshot with me so that I can do further research.
- What specific subscription information are you using?
