Outlook Add-In Problem

A colleague reported that when she installed the "FindTime" Add-in, "This add-in seems to be having problems. Click "Restart" to try starting it again." Even if the colleague presses the Restart button, the result is the same.

I tried to install it on my desktop and laptop, the computer can work normally, but the laptop also has this problem, I have compared the two computers, the add-in file is the same.

At the same time, I can use "FindTime" after trying to log in at office.com.
